1、 Product Overview:
This test bench is mainly used for the pressure resistance alternating test of automotive components. This test bench serves as the main equipment for assessing the fatigue life of automotive components, providing test data for product design and playing an important role in ensuring product quality and improving its reliability.
Used for testing the pressure fatigue pulse resistance of products such as pipe fittings, hoses, valves, etc., it can achieve pulse fatigue testing of high-temperature gases and control the ambient temperature. Used to simulate pulse fatigue testing under high-pressure gas filling inside the tested component at a certain ambient temperature.
2、 Basic functions of experimental equipment:
Pressure pulse:
1. Test medium: G40 antifreeze (or customer specified medium)
2. Medium temperature:- 25 ° C to 100 ° C (depending on the freezing and boiling points of the medium, the temperature can be set)
3. Medium temperature control accuracy: ± 2 ° C, temperature fluctuation: ± 2 ° C
4. Pressure range: 0-6 bar (adjustable)
5. Pressure control accuracy: ± 0.01bar, display accuracy 0.01bar
6. Pulse frequency: 0-1.0HZ (adjustable)
7. Pulse waveform: sine wave
8. Number of workstations: 1 workstation
9. Sample tooling: 1 set, customized non-standard (depending on product flow channel and seal)
10. Medium tank: 150L (approximately)
11. Pump flow rate: ≥ 120L/min
12. Volume of the tested component: Total volume ≤ 25L (if there is a change, the rated flow rate of the water pump needs to be adjusted)
Control system:
1. For the entire control system, we adopt an industrial control computer+secondary control instrument system+sensor control mode, and control all switch values with board cards, using logical relationships to ensure the safety and reliability of the system. It can record faults, automatically lock the logic of the system, and ensure the safety of unmanned testing. The main measuring instruments and equipment are imported from well-known factories. (Can record data and curves such as pressure, temperature, frequency, flow rate, etc.)
